The River House @ 102 is a 3 bdrm/1 bath fully furnished home ready for the whole family to enjoy! Our rooms bring the serenity and beauty of the outside in. They are all well appointed with pillow top mattresses and new bedding (1-king, 2-queen). With 50' of frontage on the AuSable River with a seawall & dock to secure pontoon, speed boat, fishing boat or jet skis! Only a short 5 minute boat ride to access the turquoise waters of Lake Huron. Here to fish? You'll find bass, walleye, perch and steel-head right in your backyard! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream and downtown beaches etc. Lots of family fun provided with board games, cornhole, ladder ball, beach caddy with chairs, toys & towels, fishing poles/small tackle box, chairs and hammocks.
